LO3: Photography
I will be using photoshoot 3
An eye level, medium shot has been denoted in this image. The models facial expression is very dominating, which is effective as it brings out a confident look, making it appealing to my target audience. The locations brings the urban, grunge feel to it, which will attract my target audience as well as reflecting the genre of fashion that will be included in the event. In terms of editing I will need to remove my reflection, this can be done by using the clone tool.
The denotations for this image is a slight high angle with a wide shot. The model is using in direct mode of address and posing in a confident manner. LO2: Making symbol
I created this text by using the text tool. I used the font style Lemon/milk from dafont, as it was engaging and bold, meaning it would appeal to the target audience. The font style is San serif.

LO2: Making logo
I first created a new A4 document onto Photoshop. I then used the text tool to write Mesh in the font style, Lemon/milk as the San serif style font was engaging and stood out, which would appeal to my target audience. I then, using the shape tool, created a rectangle box. I changed the colour of the box to a grey, as this was following the house style colour scheme. After that I merged these two layers together to create one. Using the magic tool I was able to select the letters, Mesh, and delete them, so that the box read the word, Mesh. I then uploaded a mesh material image onto Photoshop, this mesh material represented the trending fashion, as well as appealed to my target audience, as it is a material they would frequently wear. I moved the layer to be underneath the text layer, which created this effect of the mesh material being the font style.
Final Logo
Firstly, I created a new A4 document onto Photoshop. I then uploaded the mesh material image and created this box by using the shape tool.
After that I used the text tool to create the word Mesh, and I placed it over the box.
I then merged the two layers to together to create one, so it was all fixed together.
By using the magic wand tool I was able to select each letter and remove them, so the box had the letters imprinted on it.
The mesh material image underneath showed through the box, and this is the effect it created.
Final Logo
This is a screen shot of the progress I have made for my second logo design. I have used the font style to create the words urban, grunge and hipster and placed them inside the Mesh letters. The style of font is suitable for the fashion genre as it is serif, which creates elegance and sophistication.
This is a screen gab of the layers I had for this document.
Here I used the rubber tool to remove any words that went over the Mesh letters. This made the logo look professional.

From my house style colour scheme, I chose a lilac colour as it represented the urban fashion style, so I changed the colour of the urban font to a lilac. This also made the logo stand out and appealing to the target audience.
